Just before the Lok Sabha elections, BJP has taken a shocking step in Haryana. On Tuesday, Manohar Lal and his ministers submitted their resignations. Also BJP broke ties with JJP. Naib Singh Saini has become the new Chief Minister of Haryana. Let us know what are those four reasons for changing Manohar Lal. Manohar Lal’s rule ended in Haryana from Tuesday. He remained in power in Haryana for nine and a half years. After BJP came to power in 2014, everyone was shocked when his name was approved for the post of CM. He became MLA for the first time. He had no experience of running the government and went straight to the CM’s chair. During that time no one had faith in his name for the first time and even today when he resigned from the post of Chief Minister, no one believed him. Even while leaving, he surprised people.
There were discussions about his stepping down from the post of CM about one and a half years ago, but the way the PM and Amit Shah praised his work from time to time, it seemed that Manohar Lal is going to be the face of the government for the third time. Although many challenges came before him like farmers movement, wrestlers protest, Jat movement and arrest of Ram Rahim, but there was never any threat to his chair.
Due to his efficient administrator and management, he became the favorite of PM Modi and Shah. During his tenure, he had also prepared a good army of skilled officers, due to which he never faced any problem in his work.
Manohar Lal will be remembered because of these schemes
Manohar Lal came up with many such schemes during both his tenures, due to which he remained in the news in the entire country. He has also been in the news because of tough decisions. There were some schemes which the Center also adopted. Former CM Manohar Lal had imposed a condition of passing 8th and 10th to contest the election of Sarpanch.
He was criticized a lot for this decision, but Amit Shah had also said in a meeting that if he had been in Manohar’s place, he probably would not have been able to take such a tough decision. After that he came up with the ownership plan. Under this, the people of the village got ownership rights.
His scheme became so famous that the Central Government adopted this scheme of Haryana Government. To make ID for every family in Haryana, he came up with the scheme of Parivar Pehchan Patra. At first there was a lot of opposition to it, but later people started adopting it.
Many states had also expressed interest in his scheme. Apart from this, there is a plan to give pension to the trees or the virgins of the state. His decision was appreciated throughout the country. At the same time, he brought many portals to help people work from home. The opposition opposed this, but he remained firm on his decision.
Manohar Lal can go to the center
Manohar Lal is special in the central leadership. It was Modi who brought him as CM. In such a situation, Manohar Lal may get a new role at the Centre. Two discussions are going on regarding them. Firstly, he can contest the MP election from Karnal. After winning the elections, he will be a contender for minister at the Centre. At the same time, there is also a discussion that he can be given bigger responsibility in the organization. Because of his association with the Sangh, his name is running as the national president. However, in response to a question, he refused to do so.54-year-old Naib Singh Saini was appointed the state president of Haryana BJP in October last year. Everyone is surprised by the change in the face of the government just before the assembly elections to be held after eight months. However, Naib Singh Saini is among the leaders close to Chief Minister Manohar Lal in Haryana. Both have worked together in the organization. It was only on the insistence of Manohar Lal that the central leadership appointed Saini as the state president in place of OP Dhankhar.
A day before, PM had praised Manohar
A day before Manohar Lal’s resignation, PM Modi had praised Manohar Lal a lot. During the inauguration of Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram on March 11, PM shared old memories and said that he has an old friendship with Manohar Lal. Manohar Lal had a motorcycle, which Manohar used to drive and he used to sit behind it.
Four reasons for changing CM
1. There was an anti-incumbency wave against the government of nine and a half years, the leadership was changed to cut it.
2. Bureaucracy was dominant in the state. the minister was angry But Manohar Lal failed to tighten the reins.
3. Saini was brought in place of Manohar Lal to help the backward classes in the state.
4. Like MP, Rajasthan, the party wanted to give new leadership to the state, hence Manohar was replaced. Naib Singh Saini becomes the new Chief Minister of Haryana
Let us tell you that just before the Lok Sabha elections, BJP has taken a shocking decision in Haryana. Breaking the alliance with Jannayak Janata Party (JJP), State President Nayab Singh Saini has been made the new Chief Minister in place of Manohar Lal. Saini, MP from Kurukshetra and face of the OBC community, was administered the oath of chief ministership by Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya on Tuesday evening. Along with Naib Singh Saini, five ministers Kanwarpal Gurjar, Moolchand Sharma, Ranjit Singh Chautala, JP Dalal and Dr. Banwari Lal also took oath. Although all five were ministers in the Manohar government also. At present no new face has been included.
On Tuesday morning, on the instructions of the central leadership, Chief Minister Manohar Lal and 13 ministers submitted their resignations. After the resignation, Naib Singh Saini was elected the leader of the Legislative Party in the BJP Legislature Party meeting in the presence of observer Union Minister Arjun Munda, Tarun Chugh and in-charge Biplab Kumar Deb who came from Delhi. Manohar Lal himself proposed Saini’s name. After being elected leader of the legislative party, Naib Singh Saini reached Raj Bhavan and staked claim to form the government. With this, the news of putting forward an alliance with JJP for the last several days also came to an end. The party also broke its four-year-long alliance with JJP. Congress has called it a drama and has demanded imposition of President’s rule in the state and re-election.
