Along with Naib Singh Saini, five ministers Kanwarpal Gurjar, Moolchand Sharma, Ranjit Singh Chautala, JP Dalal and Dr. Banwari Lal also took oath. Although all five were ministers in the Manohar government also. At present no new face has been included.
On Tuesday morning, on the instructions of the central leadership, Chief Minister Manohar Lal and 13 ministers submitted their resignations. After the resignation, Naib Singh Saini was elected the leader of the Legislative Party in the BJP Legislature Party meeting in the presence of observer Union Minister Arjun Munda, Tarun Chugh and in-charge Biplab Kumar Deb who came from Delhi. Manohar Lal himself proposed Saini’s name. After being elected leader of the legislative party, Naib Singh Saini reached Raj Bhavan and staked claim to form the government.
